Consulting

We offer expert advice and guidance to help your organisation implement meaningful actions that meet accreditation standards. Our services include best practice recommendations and the development of tailored action plans to foster a culturally inclusive workplace.

Mentoring

Our mentoring services provide non-Indigenous individuals with the knowledge and resources needed to work effectively with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people. We offer ongoing support and coaching to ensure successful and respectful collaboration.

Training

We deliver customised training programs for businesses, non-profits, and government agencies, addressing their specific needs. Our training areas include, but are not limited to; Leadership, Cultural Safety, Telephone Counselling, and Mentoring.

Allies for Reconciliation Program

Due to the sensitive nature of the topics to be covered and the challenging nature of decolonisation and anti-racism work, it was felt that a dedicated position working alongside facilitators throughout the program would be needed. Over a 6 month period, I was engaged as the Cultural Safety Facilitator for the Allies for Reconciliation Program.

Jacqueline Watkins

Director

Jacqueline Watkins is the founder of Jinkigi Consultancy she has cultural ties to the Jingili and Mudburra peoples from the township of Kulumindin, Elliott in the Northern Territory.

Born on Larrakia Nation, Darwin and raised on Arrernte lands, Mparntwe, Alice Springs. She is also a daughter of the Stolen Generation.

She has extensive experience working in Education and Health through her many roles as an Aboriginal advocate whilst working in two worlds.

Jacqueline and her 3 children and 2 grandchildren have lived on Wurundjeri Country, in St Albans for over 20 years.


Jacqueline’s greatest accomplishment is starting her own business ‘Jinkigi Consultancy’ Jinkigi means ‘Star’ in her local language.  The logo represents the star and the leaves on the outer are from the Frangipani tree, the colours represent the connection from the desert to the sea.


She loves and is passionate about her culture, communities, and family. She is proud to share and teach others about our long-standing history in this world and foster an environment where diverse voices are heard and valued.
